When I open and download something on utorren, no matter how many seeders there are it still never goes higher than 1,0 kb/s plus the internet stops working. For example I can't go on the internet or play online games but as soon as I close utorrent everything works again

So I downloaded a torrent and to use the ISO there is a password. To get the password you have to do a survey and there is no way im doing that. Is there any program that will unlock the ISO? Thanks in advance.
