1 year old computer (win 10) and very quiet to others when talking via facebook or steam

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with my pc. I can hear people perfectly fine, and the audio works great otherwise (in-game, etc), but people can't hear me very well when I'm talking to them via my pc. It's gotta be my pc because I tried all my different pairs of headphones and they all get the same results, except for my pair of afterglows (lightup headphones) that worked for about 2 weeks and then people couldn't hear me very well again.

Try turning up the audio boost settings in devices, if this doesn't work its likely that your motherboard on board audio is dying.
What are your specs?

Thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately I don't have that option. Is there anything else I can do?
