Yes kids, it's always a great safe fun to lie down on the PAVEMENT in front of parked cars.

Parents don't apperently do not seem to disagree

Well, there's a big possibility that the Google car saw that the kid was playing before it got close enough for the cams to take pictures.

I've never heard an English person say "My word" except on movies and television. I've never seen an English person with bad teeth. On the other hand, I've never known an English person who didn't drink tea...
 
In related news, Google Street View car ploughs into 8 spectators at a truck race in USA. Gets better pictures this time...

hmmm, in the UK we call the sidewalk pavement, not the place where cars drive. Liking the 3 negatives in the last sentence too.
