11Inch Laptop with this specs for 250 USD! does it exsits

Hi Everyone! Hope you are all well.
Is there any 11Inch Laptop available with the following specs:

- Intel i5 or i7 2ghz
- 8GB RAM DDR3
- SSD memory (size does not matter, even 30gb will be fine)
- USB 3.0 port

for below or up to 250USD? if not, what is the closest option and what is the cost?

New systems would be Chromebooks which are a bit limited, unless you are OK with no SSD and lower RAM.

Yeah I bought my wife an 11" Acer for ~$199 and switched the 5400rpm hdd out for a ssd and it's a zippy little "web browser/document writer system" but it can't be expected to be much more than that.
