I need a laptop to run the latest AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe suite.

Both of these laptops as mentioned above are similar in specifications and price.
I would like to be spending most of my time on Mac, however I would have to run a Virtual Machine just to run Revit (Windows only).
If I purchased a PC, I would have to downgrade it back to Windows 7.

What would be more beneficial, a better GPU (GTX 765M vs. GT 750M-Likely update) or a higher resolution screen (1600x900 vs. 1920x1200-scaled)?

...The macbook pro's screen will give you more room, and if all you're doing is those things, then it's a better option. I might install windows on it for the ease, but that's up to you.

That being said, you're looking at luxury items there. (Read: wasting a whole bunch of money.)
You can get comparable specs (well... not the blade's dual graphics) for cheaper; it just won't be as thin and sexy, or have an apple logo.

I you are not gaming, no reason to get a Blade. The Pro have a huge screen display output which suits for things like CAD and Adobe, plus it is travel friendly(Both are travel friendly actually). A VMWare isn't that hard to do anyway.

Are there any other laptops that come to mind with similar specifications?

Thanks for reminding me of the maximum video output of the Macbook, I did not even notice that the Razer only had a hdmi port.
