I dont do laptops i have always built my destops, However my sister is in the need of a lap top for school work, browser internet, music, and burning dvd's. She causes destruction to everything she owns by doing stupid shit so good tech support/warrentys are a huge plus, also the computer doesnt need to be state of the art, all she really wants in a 17 inch monitor and the rest of what i mentioned. Her max budget is 1500.

Try the DELL E1705.

$750 off $1999+ - Dell Coupon 6291HB0882R5CC
30% off $1,499+ - Dell Coupon CG49TSZPFQNK0Z
30% off $999+ - Dell Coupon R7BGR973ZD6HDQ

I treid to configure one, but the coupons only includes the following E-Value codes: ib130s1, ib130s2, ib130s3, e1505s1, e1505s2, e1505s3, e1505s4, e1705s1,e1705s3, e1705s4, e1405s1,e1405s2, e1405s3, e1405s4 - and I remembered what an annoying SCAM DELL is. If you have some time though, you can work that code and get everything you wanted.
