2.1 speakers not workin but got picture

got a problem, got a 2.1 surround sound, both speakers and sub are plugged into blu ray player, blu ray player is connected to tv via HDMI, picture works but sound is from tv, not speakers, ive tried a phono cable (red and white to red and white) from blu ray to sky box and also blu ray to tv and still no luck, help!

check your tv's setting enable or select hdmi mode if still doesn't work

change your hdmi cable
