3.5mm headphone jack splitter w/ togglable switch?

Hey guys,

I have my headphones plugged directly into my speakers so I can use the volume crank on the speaker without messing with other audio levels. I was wondering if there was a way for me to disconnect the audio connection without unplugging. I was thinking something like this image

but being able to toggle between the outputs, is this possible?
