3 pin female to a 4 pin male

Hello,i bought a cooling fan for my PVR using the exact part no. off the old fan. The new fan is the same as the old one but for some reason the new fan has 3 female pins instead of 4 like the old fan. Can i get an adapter/converter to plug this 3 pin into the 4 pin power supply? Thanks!

if you notice, on the PVR 4 pin fan connector, three of the pins have a lock tab behind the pins, this lock tab will mate with your 3 pin fan connector.
