Hello,
So I'm doing a school project where we have to build a theoretical computer. For whatever purpose, at whatever budget. I decided to build mine around different editing softwares.

Now I'm not quite sure what parts I'll need, but price is no object at all.

I'm basically looking for a computer that's consistent. I don't care if it's super amazingly fast, but I don't want it to stutter and lock up like every computer I've ever had. It doesn't have to render amazingly fast, it just needs to be able to do it. I know there are some graphics cards made specifically for 3d modelling. I also am looking for a longer battery life and a quieter system. (Quieter fan?)
Basically my idea behind this would be to have a small portable workstation that I can use for video, picture and 3d editing. I will not be using this for any sortof gaming either.

The parts I need are here.
- CPU
- RAM
- Hard Drive
- Chip / Processor

Now I'm pretty sure the project isn't super grounded in reality, so making sure it's all compatible and can fit into a tiny laptop is rather second priority.

If anyone could tell me what specifically I'll be looking for or help me out, give me recommendations the basic stuff. That would be great, and probably save my ass in this class.
