4 ohms and 8 ohms speaker connected to Marantz SR6009 rated 4-16 ohms.

I have a Marantz SR6009 rated 4-16 Ohms connected to def Tech speaker system procinema 800 rated 8 ohms as 5.1 surround sound in my living room. I wanna add in the zone2 of my receiver, two OE8 speakers rated 4 ohms. I will never listen music at high volume, but:

Can I do this connection w/o harm my Marantz SR6009 or speakrs?

No it can't.
The zone two speakers connect to the surround back speaker terminals which you are not using in a 5.1 set up. That means that they have their own amps and don't affect any of the other amps.

Yes, but the owner manual said that if i use a 4 ohms speakers I have to decrease Ohms manually in my marantz.

Carry out the following settings when using a speaker with an impedance of 4 – 6
Ω/ohms.
1. Press and hold the main unit’s ZONE2 SOURCE and STATUS for at least 3
seconds.
“Video Format < PAL>” appears on the display.
2. Press DIMMER on the main unit twice.
“Sp.Imp. <8ohms>” appears on the display.
3. Press TUNER PRESET CH + or TUNER PRESET CH － on the main unit to
select the impedance.
6ohms: Select when the impedance for any of the connected speakers is
6 Ω/ohms.
4ohms: Select when the impedance for any of the connected speakers is
4 Ω/ohms.
4. Press the main unit’s STATUS to complete the setting.

So, If I do this, all my channels will be decreased to 4 Ohms? Even my 5.1 Speakers chanel will be decreased to 4 Ohms?

If the receiver plainly say you should change it if ANY of the speakers are 4 ohm then do that. You aren't changing the ohms of the speakers just how the receiver will react to the load. The 5.1 speakers will work fine.
