40 cpu usage

Is it normal while watching video in youtube without any other tabs opened to have 40-50 cpu usage i have only my skype opened while talking with 2 friends nothing other like utorrent or diamond tools or even antiviruses programs. Only skype oh and i play 2 internet games realm of the mad god and ikariam in both i have 50-60 cpu usage again with skype is it from skype or from my cpu i5 3350p 3.1 with turbo boost up to 3.3

Hm i dunno i bough this pc acer predator g3620 i dont know all of his specs like mobo psu and fans and sadly i cant open it cuz the guarantee will end so right now am with 3 tabs opened and talking to 2 ppl and i have 9% usage which i think is normal but when i start a video goes to 40 or more

I found that my pc case fan is 120mm the cpu cooler is must be intel which are 140mm i think

Your CPU fans and case fans has nothing to do with your CPU usage. CHeck for other apps or services running in the background by the help of task manager as I said earlier.

First thing, I was not shouting. THIS IS SHOUTING. Second thing, it was on a lighter note(read the big LOL at the end). It was more of a mockery of the OP for selecting your answer. Moreover, after your answer, he started to think that somehow his fans are responsible for his CPU usage.

I dont think I used any abusive or unparliamentary word here. Still if you feel offended, I am sorry. Wont happen again.

In resource monitor the cpu frequency is stayng at 51% with no apps open even skype btw idk what is this thing but i think its bad the disk is everything on zero network neither and memory zero hard faults/sec and 20% used psychical memory

Yes malwarebytes and some windows program windows defender or something like it but am not sure what does frequency mean?

This is Intel with hyperthreading enabled. Four Cores with Two Threads per Core so Total eight Threads

This is Intel with hyperthreading enabled. Four Cores with Two Threads per Core so Total eight Threads

What cpu is that?
Whatever CPU it is, its sitting at 1%. Post a snapshot of the processes tab sorted in terms of cpu usage when you have that high cpu usage problem. (Open task manager > Click on processes > Click on cpu usage to sort the processes art their cpu usage. )
Also download cpu-z and post its snapshot to solve the "What cpu mystery".
