Just got a check from the inlaws for Xmas and I want to buy tonight or tomorrow before the TVs I'm looking at go out of stock. Can't go over $400, my wife has put her foot down. Upgrading from a 24" LCD HDTV.
These are the two I'm looking at, and I can't find any better deals anywhere else, thus far.

My first choice is the Vizio, but it doesn't come with a PC input if I want to hook up the laptop. Not a huge deal, but the Philips does have 1 VGA input. It's a refurb tho.
Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated. I'm most concerned with contrast and clarity, must have sound output, and component inputs.
