My Westinghouse wd42ut4490 has an issue (see youtube video link below).
Which board needs to be replaced?

As you can see the menu screen works fine, but when you show the video it looks like the beginning of a Marvel movie

Looks to me like a graphics card or graphics driver issue.

The reviews on amazon are not good, so you may nave a defective tv and need to return it.
