Hi guys , I bought the hisense 55K3300. And for some reason I don't see any hdr options. On the box it says its hdr and 4k. Tried Netflix , there is 4k content but no hdr. Even with the playstation 4's new update on last of us remastered the hdr option is greyed out . Using cables that came with the ps4. And the ps 4 is connected directly into the TV's hdmi port1. Please I need some advice

These Hisense probably do not even have a true HDR input. The HDR means "high dynamic range", so it could be anything. The TV itself has high dynamic range, but there's no support for the HDR10 signaling. Also, you need HDR content, which is only on specific apps or movies. The PS4 first-gen doesn't have HDR support to begin with.

Never believe what Hisense says....
