7.1 Surround Problems?

I'm using Siberia Elite 7.1 Gaming Headset. I don't think my Headset have any problems because when i test with stereo it really loud.

But when i use 7.1 it's like medium not full volume?

You have 2 ears, Stereo is more than enough.

If you game, there is likely an in-game setting that gives you surround sound. You don't need a headset that says it can do 7.1 surround sound to achieve it. You can have surround sound with apple earphones.
