Which laptop gpu configuration is best to run starcraft 2 on ultra settings at over 100fps? And how much dedicated ram is enough? thanks

well first you've got to get a laptop with a screen that can display over 100 fps. And those are rare + expensive.
a single 980M pulls 68 fps a single 970M 62 - both with max AA. There's no numbers for SLI.
now generally scaling for SLI works up to 60-70%, that's at lower fps. At higher FPS it gets more complicated.
but generally you won't find a laptop screen that goes above 60 HZ without incurring a very high cost.
