A laptop that can be upgraded easily?

I'm looking for a laptop that I can add parts to, like replacing the cpu or video card. Touch screen capabilities would be nice, but not at all necessary.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Some of the clevo barebones are upgradable. You can upgrade the GPU, RAM, HDD and I think even CPU. They don't have touch screen capabilities, but they're the closest you'll get to being able to upgrade stuff. They're sold through resellers such as sager and others.
