Really stuck on this decision. Which one of the following would be better purely for gaming purposes.

Laptop 1:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-2350M Dual Core 2.3ghz (Definitely not going to overclock)
GPU: GT 630m 1gb

Laptop 2:
CPU: AMD A6 AMD A6-3420M Quad Core 1.5ghz HOWEVER you must consider the fact that all four cores will be overclocked to 2.4ghz at all times and locked at that state (or possible 2.5-2.7 depending on temperatures)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7670m 1gb

All other specs are identical and no need to include them,
Laptop 1 is £20 more.

Anyway let me know asap which one would bring me higher framerates in games (i.e call of duty)

The 7670m is slightly faster than the GT 630m on average. If playing a CPU and GPU dependent game like Skyrim, I would say the i3 laptop would come out ahead by a little bit.

If it can hybrid crossfire with the A6's integrated graphics core, then the combination will be even faster.

I came to that conclusion, just needed it to be confirmed really. It doesn't mention dual graphics or crossfire wherever I see the a6 laptop for sale but It surely must be able to seen as though a6's have the 6520g built in by default
