Question ABNT2 Keyboard Typing Wrong Symbols After Windows Installation - How to Fix?

I recently installed Windows but now when I press certain keys, the wrong symbols appear. For example, when I press the key that should give me quotes ("), I'm getting something else, or the slash and question mark keys aren't working correctly. The physical keyboard layout on my laptop is ABNT2, but the characters don't match what's printed on the keys. How do I fix it so the keys match what appears on screen?

You probably just have the wrong keyboard layout selected in Windows. Go to Settings → Time & Language → Language & Region → Keyboard layout and make sure it’s set to Portuguese (Brazil) ABNT2. After switching, the quote, slash, and question-mark keys should match what’s printed again.
