Hello,

I want to buy laptop Toshiba Satellite C640-X4012
Configuration is Intel i5-2nd Generation 2430M with 2.2 Ghz. 4GB Ram (DDR3) SD RAM. Intel HD Graphics.

Now the question is that Can I play games like GTA IV, Halo 2 and 3 or any high games on this laptop ?

That laptop you listed may not work for the games you want to play even at the lowest settings.
For those games the lowest card on I would consider would be 540m and if you look at this chart it shows that the 410m 4 levels below the 540m.
