About the Logitech G430 earpads.

I use Mr.Muscle Windex to clean the earpads due to the fact that I was told by a friend that it removes the bacteria from the earpads. I would have used some other suitable substance to clean the earpads but I sadly do not have such a substance. So, will the windex in any way affect the color of the earpads?
