Access data from unsupported SD card

I have 32gb Samsung SD card and I used as an internal storage on my Lenovo k4 note. Due to some reason I ejected the card and clicked forgot memory option in my Mobile. Now it is not detected in my mobile and my PC. It says unsupported SD card and requires format. So how can I get my data back?

You can try running a data recover software like Recuva on a computer and see if it will find anything on the card. TestDisk and Photorec also work well.

But my problem is no drive letter assigned to the SD card while connect with pc. Asks format when I insert in my mobile but not in PC. Because it is not detected in PC. And I tried with easeus software. But it retrieves the previously deleted files.

Would be helpful if you put that in the first post. Bring the card to a data recovery place if you already ran a recovery software and it can't find the files you wanted.
