Access screen or memory from Galaxy A5

So I broke the screen on my Galaxy A5. Touch works but I can't see anything. I have some notes and other stuff I want to retrieve. Is there anyway to get my android screen up on my PC monitor or retrieve the memory somehow?

While getting the screen on the pc would not work, you can, since you said you can use the touch screen just not see it, connect the phone to the computer via USB cord and copy the data off of it into a folder on your computer. This would be the simplest way.

Otherwise you would be looking at replacing the screen to get access.
