Accessing BIOS key ? Quiet Boot enabled ...

Hello, I have some problems to acces the BIOS onmy machine. Here is the version of my UEFI : American Megatrends Inc. V11.8 07/20/2011. I think the Quite boot is enabled in fact I see the brand name of the manufacturer of my mother board card (MSI) which is this model: H67MA-E35. I already tried several keys but none worked. Can you help me to access this BIOS/UEFI ? Thank you

try pressing and holding F2 and then powering on.

If you have windows installed you can choose an advanced startup options to access the BIOS. Follow the steps in this article
