Accidental Laptop shutdown and problem opening games or FPS afterwards.

Hello, i was running games a casual day when suddenly a friend pulled of the power of the laptop off accidentally, this shouldnt cause many problems i just restarted but after that the laptop takes 500% more time to startup and it wont even open games and if it does its with 1-4 Fps.This happens first time to me from just a sudden shutdown pls help
