Accidentally uninstalled Driver Software

Accidentally uninstalled Driver software. When I log in and type password and after hitting return it goes to a gray screen and nothing happens, What to do?

Yes, right after we type the password in for windows, hit return and then it goes to a gray screen where nothing happens
