Acer 5315 need to do factory reset but no disk

cannot find the eRecovery on my sons Acer 5315 laptop. he has moved all programs out of spot they belong and now i need to go back to factory settings. tried to go to acer to get disk, problem there is not accepting snid # and serial number is worn off so cant see. is there anyway to fix this or this another laptop my kids have destroyed?

At the white ACER BIOS screen, hold down the Alt key and press the F10 key simultaneously to start Acer eRecovery utility.
