Acer 5560 laptop recovery disk download

Is there a way that i can restore my laptop to factory. I did make a recovery disk when i got it. I took it to a computer store where they wiped the hard drive i gave them the recovery disk's & they said they put them on. However it does not have half of the programs installed, this computer is not even 1 yr old yet.. Any help would be appreciated other then replacing my laptop.

What programs are missing? If they are paid programs, you may need to contact Acer Customer Service, provide whatever proof of purchase they require, and they can send you recovery media. Another possibility is to re-run the recovery disks yourself. If the programs are there, but won't activate, find out why; they should activate on the same system. If not, find out from the software vendor why not. Again, you may need to provide some kind of proof of purchase.
