Acer 5733 stuck

Hi Guys

My ACER 5733 is stuck on the screen where is shows the ACER logo and at the bottom it reads “Press <F2> to enter setup; press <F12> to change boot devise.
When I press these keys nothing happens. When I press the key for long it has a beeping sound. I have switched the laptop on/ off several times without luck

It seems like a hardware problem but here are some troubleshooting steps that may help in identifying the issue.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try booting it up again.
- If it will still get stuck on ACER, shut down the laptop again then remove the HDD off.
- Boot up the laptop without the HDD and if it will get pass the ACERscreen and will load into a black screen with an error that means the problem is the HDD.
- Put the HDD back in and see if the laptop will get pass the ACER screen.
- But if the laptop will still get stuck on the ACER screen without the HDD that means the problem is the motherboard.
- Do contact ACER for a repair specially if the laptop is still under the factory warranty.

Hi Laptop Nerd...The suggested solutions do not seem to work, I think I have to take it for repairs then. Thanks
