As long as you bought a copy of Windows 7 and it's bootable, restart with the 7 disc in the drive, make sure your BIOS is set to boot to CD/DVD drive first and run through the install, deleting and creating the Win8 partition for 7 to go on. Make sure before you do this that you get a list of the hardware in your machine and download all the drivers first (most importantly the chipset, video and wireless drivers, you can always update after the system is running again...

I have a brand new copy of windows 7 pro 64bit with new activation key. I don't have a cd drive so I'm trying to do this with a bootable usb drive witch I already made. I was wondering how to boot to usb? do I need to change any of the bios settings because its a uefi bios? And should I delete the windows 8 recovery partition?

Best bet is when it boots, find the key that brings up your boot menu (usually F12). Or go into the BIOS and make sure 'Removable USB' or 'USB Drive' or some variation is set to boot prior to HDD. Have the thumb drive plugged in when you do this, as my UEFI BIOS is rather vague unless the thumb drive is plugged in and then it will recognize Lexar 8gb blah blah blah...
