Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

You would have to go to Microsoft's site for a Product Key - and pay for it. All Acer installed was a short term trial.

To get a free alternative, go to http/www.openoffice.org and download OpenOffice. It will work with existing files created in MS Office and create new documents, spreadsheets and other files.
