Acer Aspire 5250 Upgrade, how?

AMD E-450 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
I'm thinking about adding extra 4gb RAM? This seems to be no problem at all, but I would like to get some recommendations for which one or ones to buy?
I'm running 4RAM, AMD Radeon HD 6320 Graphics. 1.6ghz
I would also like to change the CPU, but since i've got the FT1 BGA socket I don't know if this is even worth it, since the cpu is soldered to the motherboard, any ideas?

In most cases, replacing a BGA CPU is not worth the effort (or expense for that matter).
To upgrade your ram I'll suggest the use of a memory finder tool (most ram manufacturers have that), here are a few to get you started
