Acer Aspire 5560G reboots on boot

I force shut my laptop yesterday and today when I tried turning it on it wouldn't go past the first screen, which says acer and "press f2 to enter setup". I've tried pressing f2, f8, f10... Nothing works though. I get the beep telling me it recognized the order but then it just restarted anyway.

I've tried disconnecting the battery and power cable and pressing the shutdown button for 45 seconds, as I read elsewhere it could help, but the problem remained.

If anyone could help I'd be forever grateful!

Remove the hard-drive and one stick of RAM (if there are 2), see it it says on then (will be stuck at the BIOS screen, but see if it stays on).
