Acer Aspire 5670 Recovery

Hi,

I hv Acer Aspire 5670, i want to restore my laptop to system default.
I am not able to use acer recovery also <Alt+F10>.
from reading the previous threads i understood because i have converted my d: to NTFS hence the recovery is not working.
guys can u help me how to get back <Alt+F10> working....
