Acer Aspire 6930, the screen shows red and blue strange lines

Acer Aspire 6930, the screen shows red and blue strange lines (they look like thunder) and if I'watching a movie they move with the figures, on the windows home screen there is like a cloud coming up from the bottom left corner going to the center of the screen. Can you help with this problem please?

P.S. Is there a way to upload pictures of the screen?

Posting a picture is fairly simple.

Click the "Post An Answer" button to get more advanced features. The icon to post a picture basically looks like a green square to the left of the blue letter "A". Click it so that you can paste the URL (web link) to the picture file itself and press enter.

The picture cannot be dragged directly from your computer. It must be uploaded to an image hosting site like imgur.com or imageshack.com.

The problem can be one of two things, the graphics driver has become corrupted and you need to reinstall it. Or more likely the LCD screen has basically started to fail and needs to be replaced. However, since your laptop was released back in 2008, you are better off simply buying a new laptop.
