Acer Aspire E 15 Automatic Repair not working

when I start the computer it says your PC did not start correctly. When I try to go thru the process nothing works and it brings me back to the automatic repair blue screen. How can this be fixed?!

Hi,

First do a hard reset with the laptop, remove the battery and charger then press and hold the power button for around 20 secs. Once that's done turn the PC on and repeated tap on F8 until it shows the Advanced Boot Option menu. Select Last Known Good Configuration and press enter you'll need to use your keyboard arrow as the mouse doesn't work there at that screen. If the desktop still doesn't load you may need to perform a factory reset with the laptop.
