Acer Aspire E1-470P-6659 sound only plays through the right side.

Recently my Acer Aspire E1-470P-6659 hasn't been playing audio through both sides when i have something plugged into it, i.e. headphones or a speaker system. I will hear sound from both sides just fine until i plug in headphones or some speakers then i only hear sound from the right side. I can't seem to find the problem, please help.

Hi, you have a combo jack for the headset/microphone, you will need a cable like this one to connect the headset or speakers to have both channels.
