Question Acer Aspire E15 E5-575-33BM

When you press the power on, the keyboard back light starts blinking at about 1 blink every 3 seconds. Screen is black. Any idea? Battery appears to be charged

you probably are in a boot loop
may be BIOS issue
try hard reset first

Hard reset did not help. Removed second memory DIMM and laptop booted. Tried second DIMM in primary slot - no good. Will replace the memory. Thanks
