Acer aspire e15 got a virus and I don't know how to fix it or use run

the notice keeps saying it's been infected by a Spyware and it won't even let me move the mouse.

If you dont have any files/data on there that you need to backup or get off of it then go ahead and follow you factory reset procedure. This will wipe the drive clean, including the virus, and reload everything like the day you brought it home.
