I got this new laptop 3 months ago.
as a present. I was so happy that I gave away my old Dell to enjoy my new one. But since then it is a nightmate. I cannot work on it for 1 hour without stopping a least 4 times. It shuts down and restarts randomly, sometimes the screen turn black sometimes the mouse just stops and I have to retart again.
It is very annoying.
If you any idea please tell me. The system in is window 10
