Question Acer Aspire Lite 14 laptop fan constantly on!

I just bought an Acer Aspire Lite 14 laptop and the fan never switches off even at the lowest CPU usage. It is loud and annoying! I have installed all Windows updates, updated the BIOS and changed the Power Mode to "Best Power Efficiency" but nothing has changed. I also tried installing AcerSense and ControlCenter but there are no settings for fan speed. There aren't any settings in the BIOS either. I tried Fn+F as well. Is there anything that can be done?

Go here and make sure all of your Intel drivers (particularly concerned about the chipset drivers) are up to date.
