Acer Aspire One 725

Hello,

I have Aspire One 725 and it won't boot, it shows: "No bootable device" on startup. I tried booting it with usb bootable stick and it also shows the same message. When I enter BIOS, usb drive and HDD are recognized in the BIOS as they should And also, I have tryed the flash drive and HDD on another Aspier One and they boot perfectly well. Any ideas?

Your HDD is still recognizable but probably it is damaged. I experienced this once, I bought another HDD for 50$

Boot to BIOS and reset to factory default and try again, pay close attention to whether your in UEFI or LEGACY mode and your boot order. Since the HDD and USB drive work in another PC then physically they should be fine.

I will try your solution. Also HDD is just fine, it works on another laptop and shows data etc.
