Acer aspire one usb driver

Hello,
I have an acer aspire one d260. None of the drivers are working. Theres nothing on the website that i can download to fix the prob as they say there are currently no drivers for my product. The usb ports arent working and neither is the webcam. Ive restored to factory settings but im still having the same problems. HELPPPPPP!
