Acer aspire r11 3 series

I got my laptop aspire r11 n i been tryn 2 factory reset it because whwnni turn it on tha acer screen pops up n then 5 seconds later tha screen turns off for a aec then acer screen keeps popping up.n not loading past that how can i go about fixin it

Remove any sd card and sim card and try again. If this won´t help, your phone might be defective. Connect it via USB to a PC and try updating its software/firmware.
