Help please, keys are totally unresponsive though laptop says keyboard is ok.
Used to happen intermittently and would be resolved by rebooting but now not working at all.
Its not sticky keys as seen on other solutions

Solution
Hello bazzau73

Can you please check if you are able to use an external keyboard? If yes, that means the problem is with the driver.

If you are using Windows 7, you can:

> Click the Start button.

> From the Start menu, right-click Computer (from the right column of the menu).

> Click Manage from the displayed context menu.

> From the opened Computer Management snap-in, from the left pane, click to select Device Manager.

> From the right pane, expand the Keyboards tree.

> From the displayed list, right-click the Standard PS/2 Keyboard entry.

> Click Uninstall from the context menu, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstallation process.
