Acer Aspire Z5801 new RAM etc

Hey guys,

I bought the All-in-one Acer Aspire Z5801 awhile ago, at first it could preform the tasks I required, but now it's really lagging behind and I need more RAM for my tasks, and I need to add some other bits and pieces, but I have absolutely no idea how to get into the damn thing!
