I am trying to find a laptop for school, I will be studying computer sciences and I will have to take notes obviously. I already have a good PC at home so I started searching for a cheap laptop. At that time I ran into chromebook world. This one in particular seems the best since I want the cheapest one possible without it being complete trash. So, does anyone have any experiences with Acer Chromebook 11 or any low end chromebook, or even ChromeOS?
Btw, I live in Germany so you can use Amazon Germany for prices if you want to show me some other laptop. I am not saying I will definetaly buy a chromebook, so feel free to show me things!

Chromebooks are internet based, you probably want a note book.
When I say "internet based", I mean that you need internet to use them properly. They have 16GB of storage, that's like a thumb drive. They are essentially typing machines, they save all of their stuff to Google Drive, which requires internet.
If you will always have internet, a Chromebook is fine.
If you don't always have internet while your using the computer, something like this would be better- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1N82829939 . It has enough HHD to actually save some files, but this won't do much but type and browse the web (it's a cheap (not gaming) laptop)
