Hello,
My computer is impossible to type on. t keeps
jumping around. Impossible to type a letter. My son who has a lively hood on computers says it's impossible. When I'm typing I have to be vigelent because the curser keeps jumping around. It was almost impossible to type this message to you.

Try plugging an external keyboard, the kind you'd use on a desktop PC, into one of the USB ports. If the problem stops, you'll know it's an issue with your laptop's keyboard and not a software problem.
Does the mouse work normally?
