Acer E1-531 FROZEN on "Shutting down..." HELP!!!

My screen is FROZEN on shutdown. Previous Mcafee Scans show no problems. CTRL-ALT-DEL does nothing... Only way to shutdown is to hold power button, but i know i shouldn't keep doing this... PLEASE HELP!!!!
